PURPOSE:To effectively take out a secondary electron from the portion useful for the recording speed in a tube, by overlapping a storage dielectric layer including a secondary electron emission material only on the electron beam hitting surface of the storage dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION:Onto one main surface of a transparent insulating support plate 1 a transparent conductive film 21 is coated and formed. On said transparent conductive film 21 a black conductive film 22 with many openings is coated and formed. Then in the openings and on the black conductive film 22 at the circumferential edge of said opening port, the first storage dielectric layer 23 is coated and formed in such a manner as to be isolated from each other, further on said first storage dielectric layer 23 the second storage dielectric layer 24 including a secondary electron emitting material is overlapped. |
