摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material free from disconnection in the process of wire drawing and coiling by composing it of specified ratios of Cr, Al, Zr, C, Si, Mn, Cu and Ni, and the balance substantial Fe. SOLUTION: This material is composed of, by weight, 16.0 to 26.0% Cr, 3.8 to 6.0% Al, 0.05 to 0.12% Zr, 0.13 Zr% (0.13 Zr content%) C, <=1.00% Si, <=1.00% Mn, <=0.50% Cu and <=0.50% Ni. Cr is contained for securing the oxidation resistance, Al for securing the oxidation resistance at high temp., Zr for improving the oxidation resistance at high temp. and prolonging the service life, and rare earth metals for improving the oxidation resistance at high temp. and prolonging the service life (preferably by 0.01 to 0.10%). C forms ZrC and causes disconnection, deterioration in the corrosion resistance and deterioration in the service life, but, in the case of <=0.13 Zr%, the influence is little. Si deteriorates the workability, but, it is the amt. required for deoxidation. Mn, Cu and Ni are intruded impurities.
