PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent looseness between a hub ring and an inner ring fitting each other. SOLUTION: A wheel bearing device composed of an outer ring 30 having a flange 34 fitted on a car body and a double row outer race 32, a hub ring 10 having an inner race 12 facing one race of the double row outer race 32 and a flange 14 to mount a wheel, an inner ring 20 having an inner race 22 facing the other race of the double row outer race 32 and fitted on the hub ring 10, and double row balls 40 exist between the outer race 32 of the outer ring 30 and the inner races 12, 22 of the hub ring 10 and the inner ring 20. In the wheel bearing device, an uneven part 18 is formed on one or both of fitting surfaces of the hub ring 10 and the inner ring 20, and the hub ring 10 and the inner ring 20 are plastically bonded by increasing or decreasing the diameter of the fitting part.
