PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent compsn. capable of providing a coating having not only anti-cloud property and antistatic property but also water resistance, anti-scratch property, and adhesive property, and a cured coating therefrom. SOLUTION: This coating agent compsn. contains a (poly)ethylene glycol poly(meth)acrylate and acrylamides represented by the formula (wherein R3 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R1 and R5 are a hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl group). Optionally, this coating agent compsn. further contains 0.01-20 wt.% photopolymerization initiator, 0.1-70 wt.% (meth)acrylate of a polyhydric alcohol, 0.1-30 wt.% surfactant, and 0.1-30 wt.% water-dispersible silica. The composition is coated on a substrate 0.1-1,000μm thickness and cured by an active energy ray such as an electron beam, etc., to obtain a coating.
