PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter bit exchanger for a shield machine capable of exchanging a cutter bit with excellent workability in a cutter spoke for the shield machine. SOLUTION: The cutter bit exchanger 1 for the shield machine is constituted while including a stepped cylindrical valve case 3, the second case cover 5 detachably installed at an end section on the large diameter side of the valve case 3, a valve chamber 6 formed of the inside diameter of the valve case 3 and the second case cover 5, a ball valve 7 rotatably supported into the valve chamber 6, a cutter bit shaft 12 with a cutter bit penetrated into the internal hole 7a of the ball valve 7, a cylindrical bit shaft case 8 supporting one end section of the cutter bit shaft 12 and a bit-shaft fixing cover 10 fixing a mounting position in the rotational direction of the cutter bit shaft 12 at a fixed position. The cutter bit exchanger is configured so that the through-hole of the cutter bit shaft 12 is interrupted by the ball valve 7 when the cutter bit shaft 12 is extracted into a cutter spoke. |
