PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety for an operation without modifying, sharply a portal pallet and a coveying carriage. SOLUTION: This device comprises a portal pallet 2 and a conveying carriage 3 for lifting up the pallet 2 by a lifter 13 to be conveyed. A power supply block 15 is provided in the lifter 13, a current collecting plate 16 is provided in the pallet 2, and the power supply block 15 is connected electrically to the collecting plate 16 when the pallet 2 is lifted up by the lifter 13.
