PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the carrier truck for exchanging the mold by which the exchanging work of a large-sized mold is performed more rapidly and more safely, by horizontally holding a placing face for mounting the mold and lowering the height of the placing face. SOLUTION: A placing frame 4 is provided by connecting it to a base frame 11 by a plurality of swinging levers 6 so as to hold a level. Further, a hydraulic cylinder for driving the swinging levers 6 is provided and hydraulic pressure is supplied from an external hydraulic power source. Furthermore, such a positioning stopper is provided that the swinging levers 6 are held at an angle of exceeding a top dead point to be erected.
