SUBSTANCE: sweets composition includes the following components: sugar syrup, dry fat-free milk, coconut chips, salt, water, powder-like biologically active additive and sugar powder. Additive has powder-like composition including cleaned hemoglobin of horned cattle in amount of 75-99% from total mass of additive and accompanying substances (different proteins, ash and water). Additive (hemoglobin) contains iron in amount of 0.3±0.05% from mass of hemoglobin containing in additive. Iron is in the bivalent hema form (Fe2+), that is in form biologically easily available and easily assimilable for organism. It determines high biological availability of iron and pronounced antianemic effect. Histidine - amino acid assisting assimilability of iron from sweets is also contained in the amount of 9±2% in proposed food additive. Using the sweets allows to restore natural mechanisms of absorption and assimilability of iron. EFFECT: higher biological value and reduced sugar content. 3 cl, 2 ex |
