摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type heat exchanger, very small in the flow passage resistance of fluid such as refrigerant or the like in a tank unit and not generating faulty connection by sufficient brazing while capable of increasing a connecting strength and improving anticorrosion. SOLUTION: In a lamination type heat exchanger, tip ends of cuptype projecting units 13, 13 having recesses 33 for forming a tank inside of the same are abutted against each other and a fluid passing hole 8a, having the same shape and ? size as a top wall unit, is bored on the top wall unit of the cup-type projecting unit 13 of one intermediate plate between the neighboring intermediate plates while a fluid passing hole 8b, smaller than the hole 8a, is bored on the cup-type projecting unit 13 of the other intermediate plate and an annular stepped unit 16 as well as a tapered peripheral wall unit 17 are formed around the fluid passing hole 8b. The tapered peripheral wall unit 17 around the smaller fluid passing hole 8b is inserted into the larger fluid passing hole 8a and the tapered peripheral wall unit 17 is expanded and deformed so as to be along the inner surface of the peripheral wall unit 13A of the cup-type projecting unit 13 around the larger fluid passing hole 8a whereby both of the intermediate plates are connected under such a condition.
