PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard computer system capable of inputting/outputting information to/from an onboard computer without burdening a user even from the outside of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this system provided with the onboard computer 200 and an information input/output terminal 100 capable of being carried away to the outside of the vehicle, the terminal 100 includes a voice input part 101 for receiving the input of information by voice and an input information transmission part 102 for transmitting the received voice information to the computer 200. The computer 200 includes an input information reception part 201 for receiving the voice information, an input information analysis part 202 for analyzing the received voice information and obtaining input information, an input information processing part 203 for executing a prescribed processing based on the obtained input information and a retrieval information transmission part 204 for transmitting presentation information to be presented to a user generated by the execution of the processing to the terminal 100. The terminal 100 further includes a retrieval information reception part 103 for receiving the presentation information and a retrieval information output part 104 for voice outputting the received presentation information.
