PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent quality deterioration of signal transmission caused by crosstalk noise by arranging a center of one pair of wiring patterns in agreement with a center of the other pairs of wiring patterns. SOLUTION: Insulation bodies are formed between power source layers 1 and three wiring layers 2A to 2C on which strip lines 10a, 10b, 11a, and 11b are wired are formed on the same. The strip lines 10a and 10b are formed on the wiring layer 2B, the strip line 11a is formed on the wiring layer 2A, and the strip line 11b is formed on the wiring layer 2C. In this manner, two pairs of strip lines 10a and 10b, and 11a and 11b are arranged so that a center between the strip lines 10a and 10b is in agreement with a center between the strip lines 11a and 11b. This prevents quality deterioration of signal transmission caused by crosstalk noise and makes it possible to wire the strip lines 10a, 10b, 11a, and 11b in high density. |
