摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for fixing a large structure to a nearly plane support surface of the bottom of a pool and the like by uniformly spreading the load. SOLUTION: A large structure is connected to a number of anchoring means on a support surface. Each anchoring means comprises a part 6 projecting from the support surface 3. The structure is connected to each of the anchoring means 4 via a connecting means 18, which has properties of rigidity in at least one from among a direction parallel to the support surface 3 and a direction perpendicular to the support surface 3 which are tailored to the position of the anchoring means 4 on the support surface 3 and with respect to the large structure 11, so as to spread the loads exerted between the support surface 3 and the structure 11. The invention is particularly applicable to the rearrangement of a nuclear power station spent fuel pool comprising projecting anchoring rods for fuel assembly storage racks, using at least one storage rack support chassis fixed to the anchoring rods by the method of the invention.
