PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a test burn-in board(TBIB) control method and a burn-in testing system which dissolves the overflow problem of the production numbers of TBIBs. SOLUTION: A control part 21 controls TBIBs to be used in a burn-in testing device 10 on the basis of type numbers added to the TBIBs. When an instruction for starting a burn-in test is accepted in an input part 22, the control part 21 reads a control number added to a TBIB to extract an item number. Then if the extracted item number is different from a set item number, the control part 21 acquires information on the item numbers of TBIBs from a shared information recording part 43 and compares the item numbers with the item number extracted from the TBIB. When both item numbers agree with each other as a result, a specific digit in the item number is regarded as part of a production number, and the production number including the digit is ascertained.
