PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and size by eliminating a diode which was provided to cause regenerated current to flow. SOLUTION: A first switching element SW1 is connected between the base and the emitter of a transistor Q1, and a second switching element SW2 is connected between the base and the emitter of a transistor Q2. These switching elements SW1 and SW2 are on/off-controlled by a control section 2. Due to this structure, regenerated current IF1 (or IF2) caused to flow in one of two secondary windings n2 (or n3) of a current transformer CT1 induces a current in the other secondary winding n3 (or n2), which prevents the transistor Q2 (or Q1) from coming turning into on state. As a result, simultaneous turn on of the serially connected two transistors Q1 and Q2 can prevented, and moreover no diode is required to cause the regenerated currents IF1, IF2 to flow, for reducing cost and size of power supply equipment. |
