PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dioxin resynthesis amount of combustion exhaust gas of a fluidized bed type waste combustion device. SOLUTION: A fluidized bed type waste combustion device 1 is formed such that waste 5 is charged on a fluidized bed 3 heated in a combustion furnace 1A and brought into fluidization and incinerated. Combustion exhaust gas 7 discharged from the combustion furnace 1A and secondary combustion air 16 fed to a free board part 1b in the combustion furnace 1A are heat-exchanged through a rotary heat storage type heat-exchanger 9 having a heat storage body 13 made of a honeycomb-form ceramics to heat the secondary combustion air 16 and rapidly cool the combustion exhaust gas 7.
