摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve carrier implanting efficiency, and enhance reproducibility and stability by sloping the relative rate of first and second components in the direction extending laterally to a boundary face inside an electrode substance. SOLUTION: The composition of a negative electrode 9 proceeding to a boundary face between the negative electrode 9 and an organic substance 10 from an electrode surface 11 contains LiAl alloy. This component mainly comprises A1 of" high work function on its outer surface, is sloped toward the component, and comprises Li of low work function at the highest portion 14 of a curve 15. The slope is for Lix Al1-x , it starts at a distance of 1500 to 2000 Å from the boundary face 11, and continues in an arrow sign 12 direction as increasing (x). The slope is reversed at an average free path distance of 70 to 150 Å, the component reduces (x) in an arrow sigh 13 direction, and is gradually sloped from the component comprising mainly Li at the highest portion 14 to the composition comprising mainly Al at the boundary face 11.
