PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an accuracy controlling substance prepared by completely inactivating infectious microorganisms by combining two or more kinds of treatments among a liquid heating process, an alkylation process, and a virus removing process and the like. SOLUTION: An accuracy controlling substance including a marker substance for an infectious microorganism is prepared from human/animal-origin plasma, serum or a cell culture solution. For example, the marker substance is selected from a hepatitis B virus surface antigen, a hepatitis B virus core antibody and the like, and two or more kinds of marker substances are positive. An inactivation process of an infectious microorganism consists of two or more kinds of processes selected from a liquid heating process, a drying heating process, a surfactant treatment process, an acid treatment process, an alkali treatment process, an alkylation reagent treatment process, and a virus removing film treatment process. On the other hand, potency of the marker substance is maintained, and in the lapse of at least one year, its stability is secured.
