PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management at the output destination of an input message. SOLUTION: The article collection and distribution system is equipped with an input part 1 which receives an input message supplied through a communication line such as a leased line and a telephone line, an analysis part 2 which analyzes the received input message, a storage part 3 which sequentially stores received input messages, a table storage part 4 stored with an output destination setting table indicating how to distribute the input messages, an output destination determination part 5 which determines output destinations according to the analysis result of the analysis part 2 and the output destination setting table, and an output process part 6 which outputs the input messages to the determined output destinations. Output setting tables are provided by the output destinations and all stored in the table storage part 4. Consequently, the setting contents of the output destination setting tables can be simplified; and the output destination setting tables are easily changed and the output destinations are easily changed.
