PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for using exhaust heat of OA equipment, by which entire cooling and heating adjustment for a room, not local cooling and heating adjustment, is facilitated. SOLUTION: A device for using exhaust heat is provided with an exhaust air sucking device 2 which sucks the exhaust air from OA equipment so as to prevent the occurrence of a local temperature rise at a spot where various types of OA equipment are installed in a concentrated state by sucking the exhaust heat from the equipment without omission by means of the device 2. In addition, the device can blow warm air to a spot requiring heating by means of an exhaust heat storage tank 3 which stores the exhaust heat from the device 2. The exhaust heat recovery device is also provided with a storage tank temperature sensor 4 and a temperature control section 8 which is connected to the sensor 4 and controls the discharge of the exhaust heat to the outside and blowing of the exhaust heat to each floor.
