PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor having a decelerator, where its gears can be prevented of assembly errors and its manufacture can be facilitated. SOLUTION: A motor having a decelerator has a plurality of gear shafts 33, 34, 35 stud on a plate 32, and has gears 36, 37, 38 attached respectively to the gear shafts 33, 34, 35, which decelerate the rotation of the rotational shaft of a motor main body as transmitting the rotation successively. The gear shafts 33, 34, 35 are formed integrally with the plate 32 through resin molding. The root portions of the respective gear shafts 33, 34, 35 which are present on the side of the plate 32 are so formed into large-diameter portions 33b, 34b, 35b having larger shaft-diameters than other portions. Furthermore, in the gears 36, 37, 38, there are provided respectively recessed portions 36d, 37d, 38d for fitting therein the large-diameter portions 33b, 34b, 35b respectively, when inserting the gear shafts 33, 34, 35 into the gears 36, 37, 38 respectively.
