PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft dome diaphragm which excels in molding, releasing, dimensional stability and weather resistance by using a soft fluororesin film obtained by applying graft polymerization of crystalline fluororesin to the fluoro- rubber for a surface layer. SOLUTION: This soft dome diaphragm consists of a base material including a base fabric and a surface layer which formed on the base fabric via an adhesive. The surface layer uses a soft fluororesin film which is obtained by applying graft polymerization of crystalline fluroresin to the fluoro-rubber. The fluoro- rubber uses an optional proper rubber-like material obtained from the olefin containing fluorine or copolymerized olefin. The representative examples of fluoro-rubber include an acrylic ester copolymer containing fluorine, a diene coplymer containing fluorine, etc. In such a constitution, the dome diaphragm excels in molding, releasing, dimensional stability and weather resistance owing to its soft fluororesin film surface layer.
