INTERIM TRANSFER BODY, ITS PRODUCTION AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the defective transfer of minute parts of an image and the occurrence of an image with voids and to ensure uniform image quality by using an interim transfer body comprising a resin containing specified compounds. SOLUTION: The interim transfer body comprises a resin containing at least compounds of formulae I and II, wherein each of R1 and R2 is a group with 1 to 4C alkyl groups substituted in the number range of 0 to 4 and each of (m) and (n) is a positive integer. The ratio of the compound of the formula II to the compound of the formula I is preferably 9:1 to 1:9, further preferably 8:2 to 1:9. The resin is obtained preferably by melting and kneading a resin of the formula I and a resin of the formula II up to a uniform and inseparable state or by graft-polymerizing a resin of the formula II, its monomer component and/or a low molecular component on a resin of the formula I.
