PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a signal input/output device for switching the control depending on a detected result by discriminating the kind of a signal at the time of making at least two kinds of signals flow through the same signal wire. SOLUTION: A signal input/output device is provided with a signal discriminating and switching means 3 for discriminating the kind of a control signal through a plug 7, a jack 2 and a cable 6 as a transmission line of a discrimination signal to be supplied to a control part 4 and switching the control of a signal processing part to the 4 based on a discrimination signal. Thus, the device executes input/output processing of plural control signals through a single transmission line. Thus, the state of many kinds of signals can be detected through the same transmission line by optimizing the path and the transmission/ reception element for transmitting and receiving plural signals, while reducing a part mounting area. |
