PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of space by enclosing a light source part and a power source part compactly in a casing and allowing casings to be installed in the mutual contact state in any installed position. SOLUTION: In this light irradiation device, a light source part 40 and a power source part 50 are arranged in a casing 10, and an object treated is irradiated with light radiated from a light source lamp 41. A front face 11 of the casing 10 is provided with a light emission part 31, and a back face 12 opposed to the front face 11 is provided with cooling air supply ports 21 and an exhaust part 22. Nothing is provided on the four other faces. A partition plate 13 is provided between the light source part 40 and the power source part 50, and cooling air led in from the supply ports 21 to cool the light source part 40 turns around at a venting part 26 at the end part of the partition plate 13, and after cooling the power source part 50, so that cooling air is exhausted from the exhaust port 22. Leg parts 61 are fitted to the back face of the casing 10. |
