PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more exactly count the rate of messages recognized by a user by increasing a parameter corresponding to the user of a terminal only in an active state when the user can recognize the message. SOLUTION: A message distributor 39 is connected through a leased line 29 to plural information providers 20 and transmits information (message) on articles such as advertisement provided from a sales shop for selling articles on a communication network through the information provider 20 to a terminal 10. The information provider 20 is provided with a message database 26 for storing the message containing any one of images, sentences, sounds and combination thereof to be transmitted to the terminal 10, the message read out of the message database 26 is transmitted to the terminal 10 and displayed. Besides, the parameter corresponding to the quantity of access from the user to the message is stored for every user and only in the active state, in which the user can recognize the message, the parameter corresponding to the user of the terminal 10 is increased. |
