SOLUTION: In this optical part wherein an optical fiber 12 is formed in the end surface of a first optical fiber 11, a second optical fiber 13 is connected to the first optical fiber 11 via the optical film 12, and the connecting part of those optical fibers 11, 13 is fixed onto a substrate 21, a V groove 22 is formed on the upper surface of the substrate 21, and the optical fibers 11, 13 are arranged in the V groove 22.
