PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct sound coupling between a communication terminal and a handset of a telephone set without being concerned about the direction of the handset by a user. SOLUTION: Coupling sections 1A, 1B are respectively acoustically coupled with a transmitter part 21 and a receiver part 22 of a handset 20. The coupling sections 1A, 1B are respectively provided with speakers 11, 12 and a changeover circuits 2, 3 are used to select a speaker function or a microphone function. The speaker 11 of the transmitter part 21 is selected as the speaker function, which gives a signal from a modulation circuit 4 to transmit information to a telephone line. The speaker 12 of the receiver part 22 is selected as the microphone function, which uses a demodulation circuit 5 to demodulate a received signal to receive information.
