Compounds of the general formula (I) wherein R1 A, R2 A, Ph or Het, Het is a monocyclic unsaturated aromatic heterocycle having 1 to 4 nitrogen, A C1-6 alkyl, Hal F, Cl, Br or J, Ph phenyl optionally substituted with one atom of F, Cl, Br, and the physiologically unobjectionable salts thereof exhibit antiarrhythmic properties and are active as inhibitors of the cellular Na+/H+ antiporter. There is also disclosed a process for preparing said derivatives and pharmaceutical compositions containing these derivatives.
