PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause heat generated in a motor to radiate smoothly by constituting the bottom frame of the rotor of a motor with a metallic material. SOLUTION: A bottom frame 210 of the rotor 200 of a brushless DC motor that drives the washing inner drum of a washing machine, a pulsator and the like is formed by the press working of an iron sheet. A plurality of magnets 220 are mounted at a given interval on the inside circumferential surface of the bottom frame 210, that faces the coil part of a stator, while a washing shaft support member 300 is formed at the central side of the bottom frame. Draining grooves 211 and draining holes 212 are formed on the inside bottom part of the bottom frame, and a plurality of cooling fins 213 and ventilating holes 214 are also formed. A plurality of projections 215 for determining the interval of the magnets are formed on the inside wall of the bottom frame 210. Thus, the heat generated in the motor can be radiated smoothly via the bottom frame 210, and installation of the magnets 220 can be simplified. |
