<p>According to this invention, a device for acting on microorganisms includes a data medium (1) mounted in a shielding body (16) provided with a lid (17). The medium (1) contains information on the metabolic activity of the cells of a pathogenic microorganism, damaged to a point when the cellular activity cannot be completely restored, and on the normal state of the cells and of the microbial flora of an organ of the organism colonized by one such pathogenic microorganism. A crystal of a transistor or a semiconductor diode, connected to a power source (3), to a display (5) and to switching units (2), can be used as a data medium. A magnetic field source (4) installed in the body acts on the data medium (1). The invention also relates to a method for acting on microorganisms by means of wave data recorded on said medium. Data is recorded by directing electromagnetic radiation on said medium, which is in direct contact with the cells of the pathogenic microorganism as well as with the cells and the microbial flora of the organ of the organism colonized by the pathogenic microorganism. The suppression of the metabolic activity of the cells of the pathogenic microorganism and the recording of wave data on the medium can be also carried out by a biological operator, who uses information and energy to act on the cells of the pathogenic microorganism and the data medium respectively.</p> |
