摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight small-sized fruit component non-destructive measuring device usable on the production site. SOLUTION: An LD(laser diode) 10 outputting light with a certain wavelength (or oscillation frequency), an oscillation circuit 14 applying current modulation to the LD 10 to modulate the certain wavelength (or oscillation frequency), a first beam splitter 18 for splitting the output light from the LD, a measuring photosensor 36 receiving a part of the light split by the first beam splitter 18 through fruit to be measured to detect absorbancy, at least one photosensor 22 receiving the other part of the light split by the first beam splitter 18 through at least one BPF 21 having a predetermined center wavelength, a timing circuit 30 sensing the timing receiving the light through the BPF of the photosensor to generate a timing signal, a sample holding circuit responding to the timing signal from the timing circuit 30 to hold the absorbancy detected by the measuring photosensor as a sample and an operation circuit 42 operating the absorbancy held to the sample holding circuit to calculate a fruit component are provided.</p>
