METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FULL-LENGTH CDNA LIBRARIES

A method whereby a cDNA library having an extremely high full-length ratio c an be constructed starting with a material in a very small amount compared with the conventional methods. This method comprises optimizing reaction conditio ns in the steps of the alkaline phosphatase reaction, acid pyrophosphatase reaction and RNA ligase reaction in the conventional oligocap method.
