<p>Use of a substance that upon administration to a patient will lead to an increased level of an interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor agonist, preferably IL-6, for the production of a medicinal product for treatment of obesity and/or obesity associated disorders is disclosed. Also a method for treatment of obesity and/or obesity associated disorders wherein a pharmaceutically effective amount of a substance that upon administration to a patient will lead to an increased level of an interleukin-6 receptor agonist is disclosed.</p> |
