The top panel (18) is provided with first and second spaced apertures (68, 70) provided therein so as to define a handle (66), and a score line (92, 94, 98, 99) extends from the handle to a cut line (89) disposed along a side edge (28, 30) of the top wall panel (18) thereby to direct lifting stresses away from the handle (66).
