The signal conversion circuit converts differential signal pairs into clock signals using a pair of switching transistors (N2,N3), receiving the differential signals at their gates and a common current reflection circuit (P2,P3) for combining the drain currents of both switching transistors. The current reflection circuit has a transistor (P2) with a short-circuited gate and a second transistor (P3), the clock signals obtained from a connection node (7) between one of the switching transistors and the second transistor of the current reflection circuit.
