In this case, the inflow port 23 of the solid separator 1A and the outflow port 26 of the solid separator 1B are connected by a connecting pipe 5A, and the outflow port 26 of the solid separator 1A and the inflow port 23 of the solid separator 1B are connected by a connecting pipe 5B, and also stop valves 6A, 6B, 7A, 7B, 12A, 12B are arranged so that the high temperature high pressure fluid from which solid has been removed from the outflow port 26 of the solid separator 1A (the outflow port 26 of the solid separator 1B) can be fed to the inflow port 23 of the solid separator 1B (the inflow port 23 of the solid separator 1A).
