PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by obviating the connection with a power supply electric wire and a vacuum hose by providing a fine through-hole in a tip part and a suction pump, a motor and a battery for supplying electric power to the motor in a bar-shaped casing of casing of about pencil size formed with exhaust parts in a place other than that. SOLUTION: A fitting part 2a of a conical tip part 2 having a fine through hole 3 is detachably integrally fitted in a fitting part 1a of a casing body part 1 having a thickness of about a fountain pen and the length of about a pencil. A battery 7, a motor 6 and a suction pump 5 are housed inside the body part 1, and exhaust parts 1b are formed in a plurality in the body part 1 in the vicinity of a shaft 6b of the motor 6. Electric power is supplied to the motor 6 from the battery 7 by switch operation to start sucking operation of the pump 5 to generate a high speed air current passing through a joining pipe 4 from an opening part 3b of the through-hole 3 to suck/hold a chip electronic part to be moved to a prescribed position.
