PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive charge member capable of obtaining stable electric resistance over a range from a high temp. and high humidity state to a low temp. and low humidity state and not generating the deterioration of an image caused by bleeding. SOLUTION: In a semiconductive charge member wherein a semiconductive elastic layer is provided on a conductive support, the elastic layer is selected from a polyurethane elastic layer, an EPDM elastic layer, a silicone rubber elastic layer and an NBR elastic layer and contains a polymer containing at least one of polyalkylene glycol containing perchlorate and polyarylene oxide containing perchlorate. |
