PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to be housed together with other writing materials in a pencil case by a method wherein the miniaturization of a tool is contrived without reducing the volume of a transferring medium and impairing operational convenience. SOLUTION: This transferring tool 1 is equipped with a feed spindle 3 (or a feed spindle part), which is journaled in a casing 2 and on which a strip film F pasted with a coating membrane P (or a transferring medium), a transferring roller 5, which is journaled parallel to the feed spindle at an opening 2a formed at one end part of the casing 2, transfers the coating membrane P to a body to be transferred by feeding the strip film F pasted with the coating membrane P from the feed spindle 3 and, at the same time, and feeds the strip film F in the casing 2, and a take-up spindle 4 (or a take-up spindle part), which is journaled parallel to the feed spindle 3 and the transferring roller 5 and located nearer the transferring roller 5 side than the feed spindle 3 and takes up the strip film F passed through the transferring roller 5. In addition, a belt 6 is spanned between the transferring roller 5 and the take-up spindle 4.
