<p>PURPOSE:A suspension-type culture tank for the large-scale and high-density culture of cells, furnished with an inlet port of fresh culture liquid at the top of the tank, a filter at the bottom of the tank, an outlet port of the used culture liquid under the filter, and a stirring blade above and close to the filter. CONSTITUTION:The feeding systems 2, 3, 4 of fresh culture liquid is attached to the top of the culture tank 1, and the filter 5 transmitting the culture liquid and inhibiting the transfer of the cell is attached near the bottom of the tank 1. A stirring blade is placed above the filter 5, and the discharge system 4', 3', 6 of used culture liquid is attached under the filter 5.</p> |
