PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a good handwriting density even by leaving to sand a handwriting in an environment having a severe temperature difference by covering an outer periphery of a porous pen disposed at least in a barrel with a resin in a marking pen containing an ink storage cylinder in the barrel and the pen connected to the cylinder. SOLUTION: An ink storage material 3 made of a fiber bundle obtained by covering an outer periphery with a polyester film 31 is contained in a barrel 2, and a tail plug 4 is engaged with a rear end of the barrel 2. The marking pen 1 for a writing plate is formed by filling an aqueous pigment ink composition from an end opening of the barrel 2, then engaging a pen 5 made of a polyester fiber bundle resin worked material obtained by covering its outer periphery with a polyacetal resin 51, and communicating with the material 3 through the pen 5. Meanwhile, when the pen 1 is not used, the end of the barrel 2 is engaged with a cap 6. According to this, even by leaving to stand the pen in an environment having a severe temperature difference, when written, a good handwriting density can be always assured. |
