PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling device of a walking type tending machine, capable of precisely preventing the dispersion of soil to the front side by a rotary, and excellent in tractive force of a machine body. SOLUTION: One of traveling device 2 to be attached to the front part of a rotary 3 is constituted of a crawler traveling device 2 having a crawler belt 1 wound on plural rotating wheels 6, and the crawler traveling device 2 is attached to the center position in the right and left direction of a machine body. The rear end of the crawler traveling device 2 is arranged at the nearly same position in the front and rear direction as the front edge of a rotary cover 13 attached to the upper part of the rotary 3 at the rear part.
