PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support standing-up, moving, and getting-on actions of a person to be assisted by power-assisting a power detected at a force sensor or the like which is necessary for standing up, moving, and getting on from a bed, tatami mat, a floor, a chair, a wheel chair, an assisting device for walking, or the like. SOLUTION: In a wheel chair control panel 10, when an electric mode is selected and an electric switch is operated, a driving motor is rotated and a motive power is transmitted through gear lines or the like to driving wheels 2 to move a wheel chair in a condition power-assisted by an electromotion. Next for example, when standing-up action is power-assisted, a switch provided with supporting handles 12 and 13, is operated. When a person holds the handles 12 and 13, and stands up, motion guide-arms 6 and 7, for assisting action and hands 8 and 9, are operated by an output of the force sensor assembled in the handles 12 and 13, to support the person to be assisted from behind by the power-assisting action for helping standing-up.
