<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily automate brush table maintenance by measuring pass line displacement with the lapse of time by consumption of a brush, and displaying a measuring result on a display part in a brush table for forming a work table of a plate material work machine. SOLUTION: In a brush table Tb of a plate material work machine such as a punch laser compounding machine, a brush upper surface Br-1 of a brush Br implanted in this brush table is allowed to abut to a work W gripped by a clamp C-3 as a pass line PL. A measuring sensor (a proximity sensor) 1 is arranged to measure displacement gx generated by vertically moving, that is, displacement of the pass line PL on a clamp base upper surface C-4 positioned in an upper part of a clamp base C-2 in a clamp device C-1 freely movable in this X, Y direction, a comparison operation is performed with an initial valve stored in a storage part using an automatic program of an optional maintenance mode according to the measured result, and an operation result is displayed on a display part.</p> |
