PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hardened product of a cement relatively simply producible, sufficiently retaining the strength and capable of recycling and utilizing plastics. SOLUTION: This hardened product of a cement comprises 5-90 vol.% of an aggregate having 0.001-100 mm grain diameter, especially a pulverized plastic material, has 0.01-0.06 mL voids in the interface between the cement and the aggregate in 1 g of the hardened product of the cement and is preferably subjected to carbonation treatment in the hardened product of the cement obtained from the cement, water and the aggregate.
