<p>A method is provided for synthesizing zeolite beta comprising the steps of preparing a synthesis mixture comprising tetraethylammonium chloride, sodium-stabilized silica, a source of an oxide of aluminium, and water having the following composition ratios of components, expressed in terms of oxides: Si/O2/Al2O3 (m) = 10 - 200; OH-/SiO2 (i/m) = 0.02 - 0.10; Na/SiO2 (i/m) = 0.12 - 0.30; TEA2O/SiO2 (m) = 0.06 - 0.16; and maintaining the synthesis mixture at zeolite beta synthesis conditions for producing zeolite beta.</p> |
