PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control various temperature increases generated by operating a machine by using an electromotive motor. SOLUTION: In a machine operated by using an electromotive motor 30, a regenerative energy generated at the deceleration thereof is taken out from a servo amplifier 42. Then, the regenerative energy is accumulated in a storage battery 50 so that the regenerative energy smoothed by the accumulation is used to operate a cooler 51. The cooler 51 is located at a place where heat is generated by driving the electromotive motor 30.
