PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a line hardly formed on a show face by a method wherein first and second mold segments are brought into close contact with each other, one side accepts a sheet of a glazing material, and a part for forming the show face of a mold cavity is formed by a single mold segment. SOLUTION: A second segment 32 in a mold can be moved between an ascended position coming close to a first mold segment 31 and a descended position wherein a clearance is generated between the mold segments 31 and 32, and the first mold segment 31 supports a sheet 11 of a glazing material. Then, a mold cavity 50 is sectioned by a face 12 of the sheet 11 and a surface of the mold segments 31 and 32, and a surface 51 on the mold segment 31 forms a wall of the mold cavity, which forms a show face of a section. The surface 51 is, as a whole, provided on the single mold segment 31. Consequently, a joint is gone. |
