摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide parts and industrial products capable of satisfying a requirement that a resource recovery is desired by generating no environment problem such as an environment pollution and a noise with a less energy consumption amount. SOLUTION: This latching mechanism 39 is a latching mechanism for latching a mounting base plate 40 to a chassis. The latching mechanism is constituted by a machine screw 42 made of general material; a washer 44 attached to a through hole 43 of the mounting base plate 40 and made of biodegradable material; and a machine screw aperture 46 provided on a boss portion 45 of the chassis 41 and having a screw groove corresponding to the machine screw 42. In the latching mechanism 39, since a diameter DB of the through hole 43 is larger than an outer diameter DA of a head portion 42a of the machine screw 42, when the mounting base plate 40 and the chassis 41 latched each other by the latching mechanism 39 are allowed to stand at a biodegradable environment, the mounting base plate 40 is unforcedly and naturally separated from the chassis 41 since the biodegradable washer 44 is decomposed with a priority by a biodegradation reaction.
