PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the humidity in a compressor body or piping to prevent the condensation of moisture and attain the rust prevention of the compressor body or piping by providing a means for evacuating a low-pressure fluid on low pressure side and releasing it to the atmosphere in the release of a high- pressure fluid on high pressure side to the atmosphere on the high-pressure side piping of the compressor body. SOLUTION: In this oilless screw compressor, an intermediate cooler 3 is interposed in the middle of a piping for connecting a low-pressure stage compressor body 1 to a high-pressure stage compressor body 2, and a rear cooler 4 is interposed in the output side piping of the high-pressure stage compressor body 2. When solenoid valves 5, 6 are opened by a controller 15 after the stop of the compressor to release the compressed air in the rear cooler 4 to the atmosphere through an ejector 9, a negative pressure is generated in the ejector 9. The low-pressure air in the saturated state in the intermediate cooler 3, the compressor bodies 1, 2 and the piping for connecting them is evacuated and released to the atmosphere by this negative pressure. According to this, the dew condensation in the compressor body or the piping can be prevented.
